In order to ensure a safe diving experience, Seven Seas has a few policies and release forms that we would like our guests or students to read and fill out so that we can guarantee a fun trip! We will provide our guests with these forms when you arrive but if you would like to read or fill out ahead of time, that always helps! Take a look below at the release forms we require.
