Seven Seas is Baton Rouge’s only full-service scuba center. We offer a heated 15-foot indoor pool, on-site classroom, fully stocked retail store featuring Scubapro gear, and a complete repair facility—all under one roof. Our custom-designed pool lets students practice skills, test equipment, and take classes at their convenience without relying on crowded public facilities.
Scuba Lessons in Louisiana: Seven Seas provides professional instruction with NAUI-certified instructors. NAUI’s motto, “Dive Safely Through Education,” reflects our commitment to preparing confident, capable divers. Kimberly is a NAUI Instructor and an avid u/w photographer. Kimberly loves working with children and promoting water safety. She became the 3rd licensed ISR Instructor in the state which allows her to teach children as young as 6 months of age the basics of both swimming and water self rescue techniques. These days he still takes things apart but now knows where all the pieces go when he does! He is also an avid underwater photographer with a love of the outdoors. Kelly loves kids and is in charge of Seven Seas Summer Scuba/Snorkeling Camps. Kelly recently crossed over as an SSI Instructor in order to incorporate the Scuba Ranger program into the camps. Kelly teaches scuba both at Seven Seas and at LSU through the UREC Department. Kelly is an instructor for the Blue Zoo at the Mall of Louisiana doing Scuba Shows and Discover Dives in the shark tank.
